How is coaching different from therapy?
Focus: Coaching typically focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, such as career advancement, personal growth, or improving specific skills.
Purpose: It aims to enhance personal and professional performance, build resilience, and facilitate positive change in a client's life.
Approach: Coaching is often future-oriented and action-driven, with the coach and client working collaboratively to create actionable plans and achieve desired outcomes.
Scope: Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Therapy, on the other hand, addresses deeper emotional issues, trauma, and mental health conditions, using clinical techniques and interventions to promote healing and symptom relief.
Coaching focuses on goal achievement, personal development, and performance enhancement, while therapy addresses mental health conditions and emotional healing through clinical methods.

We provide general mental health coaching, eating disorder recovery support coaching, and parent support coaching. It is important for us to ensure we are offering high quality coaching services. Our coaching staff frequently collaborates with their clients' mental health providers and/or medical team as appropriate for each client's unique needs. Our coaching staff is trained in setting and maintaining boundaries with their clients. Through boundaries the coach will empower their clients to receive the highest quality of care.

Each coaching client is going to have a unique set of goals, and thus a unique approach to support. With our coaching service we offer 24/7 access to secure messaging, daytime phone calls, and secure video appointments. When you sign up for coaching you and your coach will draw up your unique plan to help you reach your goals.

Coaching is $100 per hour and is billed in 15 minute increments. For example any communication, either scheduled or impromptu, is billed in the following way: 1-15 minutes is $25, 15-30 minutes is $50, 30-45 minutes is $75 and 45-59 minutes is $100. The reason why we chose this structure is to really allow us the flexibility to personalize each coaching client's care and support structure.
